2019 was another award winning year for skignz as we began the year with the NFL's Super Bowl 'LIII' in Atlanta, GA looking at how traditional advertising can be brought to life with AR.
This was closely followed by skignz's annual pilgrimage to SXSW'19 in Austin, Texas where we previewed the upcoming 'J1S' film by the acclaimed Liverpool Director Jay Cunningham, which features skignz, using 'live AR' or the first time in a production film.
As the year progressed we joined a number of programmes including PWC|Scale, London Mayors International and Deloitte's Market Gravity.
The main award winning element of 2019 came at MAD|Picnic, where skignz were run away winners of the 'DIAGEO Brand Challenge' with 83% of the live vote.
As the year progressed we delivered a number of experiences at 'The BBC BIG Weekend', hosted this year in skignz's home town of Middlesbrough, followed by the most famous festival of them all, 'Glastonbury'. A closed demo at the famous 'Goodwood Festival of Speed' was also a huge highlight. Another very interesting closed demo, was carried out in the home of Country Music, Nashville, Tennessee, US, for their new MLS expanison team 'Nashville SC'. The ability to provide the 'skignz enviorment' at a large scale venue/stadium, which plays host to mutliple sports, music and other live events further enhanced the skignz reputation.
The succes of 'MAD|Picnic' was followed by a closed demo up in bonny Scotland for 'DIAGEO' at their 'World Class' event which showcased the flexability of skignz at a large temporary corporate event, attended by an international audience.
